Club Members played under the tent on a muggy Sunday for the Annual festival at St. Mary's. Aside from the four hours of Old Time supplied by the Czech Area Concertina Club, the highlight was the Pig Kissing Contest. Ten contestants had their names placed in a jar. At the end of the day, the person whose jar had the most money had to kiss a squealing baby pig. Of course, contestants encouraged friends to put money in one of the other jars. The music was wonderful. It really made the festival seem even more festive. If you get the chance, join in on one of these club events, even if it's only for an hour.
